Our residents live independently while enjoying the comfort of having assistance when needed.

We have assembled a professional, highly-dedicated leadership team which draws from a varied range of work within various assisted living centers in many markets and for several levels of patient care.

The mission of The Village is to support and advocate for the quality of life for all residents. Our resident focused philosophy of care continues to grow as we deliver individualized service based on the needs of today’s seniors.

The culture for The Village revolves around three main concepts:

  • Building Upon Freedom of Choice

Options are a way of life at The Village. From nutritious meals and activity choices to decorating their room and taking special outings, we want each of our residents to feel like they always have a choice. We pride ourselves on encouraging a life that empowers seniors to go about their day however they like.

  • Encouraging Individuality

As every person is unique in their own right, the staff at The Village uses the Best Friends Approach to build a relationship with each individual resident; learning who they are and understanding their unique characteristics. We encourage each resident to hold onto their individuality through daily interactions and choosing assisting activities that hold their interest.

  • Building Strong Independence

We promote self-reliance in whatever ways are possible and comfortable for our residents. When developing our community, we specially designed the facilities to encourage mobility in a safe environment. Designated care managers are trained to support our residents’ choices whenever appropriate.
